There is no refund on downloads. Once the download was sent, we cannot give your money back. If the download was not sent yet, you get back the full refund. When you purchase a download, please pay attention to what you are buying before purchase. You cannot claim after the download was sent "you didn't know it's a download" as it is everywhere written clearly that the item is for "download". 

There is no refund on CD's, however if it is damaged when you received it - and you insured it - we will replace it after you sent the damage CD back and only if you let us know within 3 days after you have purchased it. If you have damaged the CD by accident, we cannot replace it, however you will be able to download it. If any item is lost for which you didn't pay insurance, it cannot be replaced. Please insure your item/s. Where is free delivery included, insurance is not as it is your choice to insure your item. If you don't, do it for your own risk.
